My computer keeps freezing.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Go to tools at the top of the screen.

Delete your browsing history and cookies. That usually helps.

need more information about the problem.

is your computer’s fan works properly?
check the temperature of your graphic card.
try putting a large fan directly on your computer, even open it up.
but thats just in case its getting stuck due to hardware overheating.

seconded, try downloading Avast or AVG, and using that to remove it. The Avast boot-time scan is very helpful for that.

It’s a dell and I got it a few months ago. It freezes on ANYTHING I click on.

download Avast, install, do a virus scan. It’s free software.
