Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
Go to tools at the top of the screen.
Delete your browsing history and cookies. That usually helps.
It freezes the first time I click on something.
would you kindly provide additional information: your computer type, what program you’re trying to use, and what it does in general would be helpful.
need more information about the problem.
is your computer’s fan works properly?
check the temperature of your graphic card.
try putting a large fan directly on your computer, even open it up.
but thats just in case its getting stuck due to hardware overheating.
alternatively, check this post:

Sounds like you have a virus in your computer.
seconded, try downloading Avast or AVG, and using that to remove it. The Avast boot-time scan is very helpful for that.

Thanks!
if no viruses found, try using the disc that came with your computer to repair your Operating System (aka Windows).
