im 14 i am 5ft and weigh about 100pounds and i want to know how to lose weight.

i have tried to lose it the healthy way but it’s just not working so i want to try allternative ways. i am sick of waying this much on such a small fram so i am going through my opptions. should i try this way or should i pass on it tell me what you think.

At 14 years old, you’re still growing.
You shouldn’t work on losing weight yet.
Just make sure to eat healthy and exercise so you won’t gain many pounds…

I just worked out how I can apply 100 pounds in my terms. (I’m not from the States.) I can bench press over 100 pounds . . . . . . . . I’m also pretty **** weak. You don’t need to lose weight.

that is a HEALTHY weight for a 14 year old! Does your body APPEAR overweight?
Im 109 pounds but my body appears very skinny. I think some of its muscle though.
