I fear sleeping because I fear dreaming
of something i had that has gone away.
When i slumber i have visions
of when things in my life were brighter
Imagery in the dreams is so vivid it scary
I can smell the oil from her locket when i wake.
The Sandman has called but i cant bear to answer
for fear of what i could see tonight
