Anyone know ,How long can a fidisuary an her lawyer keep the home My Aunt left me in her TRUST , from me ?

Been 2 yr’s this july . My Aunt passed on july 4th of 2007 . She was very well off , I feel as if they saw the money they can get an want to keep it going on an on . A comment she said to us one time was :we have to do this by the letter of the law : Sounds like they have ways in the letter of the law to rip off money thats not thiers .The fidisuary and her lawyer have gotten 33 thou outta my Aunt’s Estate paid to them . An family my Aunt left homes to, like myself, she left me one. Has gotten nothing ! The excuse they have are crazey . And what progress reports my Mom has gotten , you can tell they just racking up the money . My MOM was the one who hired this fidisuary in Kingmond AZ . An as soon as she signed over all the papers to give her POW AN ED of Trust to the fidisuary , she tells my MOM :you need a lawyer to talk to me : Oh an it cost 5 thou to fire me . She is very rude to my MOM . My Mom has no money , shes on SS an the home we live in , is in my Aunts trust too , she gave to my MOM . An the fidusary is like scareing my MOM she say’s in a letter : how about we sell your home next . : She has my Mom so worried an stressed , an scared . I think it’s making my Mom sicker then she allready is . She has COPD . An has scared me . I have looked into probono close to here (Topock AZ ) an there is none ? They still all want like 80 dollars for a consulation fee before they even tell you if they will take the case or not . I have no money , the home my Aunt left me is very well needed . Any help out there ? Plz .

Thank you very much , I live in Topock near Bullhead an Kingmond here in AZ . Hope she can give good advise on what to do , or were to go . My other Aunt who was left a home too in the Trust, even tried calling the att general an ask about probono lawyers an they gave her long distance phone no’s to call . She can’t call long distance . Money is a issue , an the fidusary an lawyer know we don’t have money . Taking advantage of that . My Aunts trust was for family not the fidisuary an lawyer . Family has nothing .
