What does this hand gesture mean?

I don’t know what it means, and I hope its nothing bad. It’s not the middle finger or shocker or anything bad like that… at least I don’t think so. You form it by stretching out all five of your fingers and then twisting the third and fourth fingers in the middle together. Any idea?

ive seen that gesture about a thousand times and if there is another meaning for it than the west side then i have never heard of it. back in the day of tu pac and biggie smalls ,two prominant hip hop artists, there was a huge feud between the east coast and the west coast, the feud was in fact between tupac and biggie but it escalated because of their celebrity and then became a nationwide epidemic sort of….it means west side because tupac lived in california so its representing the west coast.

Help me with: I’m confused…I really need some advice…I guess my other post was too explicit to make it onto the front

Yup, my daughter told me it’s the sign for west side. She also showed me signs for east side & south side, but i don’t remember them. I do remember getting a look of total disgust when I asked if there was a “north side”…..

I believe that’s because your hand looks like a ‘W’..but I’m not entirely sure..
