Unfortunately, avatars are broken and because of the original designer Erik’s layout, they can’t actually repair the problems, now help.com was originally planned for a refurbishment and transformed into a blog site, however the decision was unpopular and so helpmod listened to us the users and decided to leave it, it was either leave help.com with all the problems or put up a new help.com but one that is of no use to anyone as all posts have to be approved by an admin.
