Need to relocate family with bad credit…

what are our options?
We need to relocate due to my husband taking a job three hours away. Heres the catch. We owe about $30,000 more than our house appraises for, so we cannot sell our house. We will need to rent, but preferably, want to buy on contract because we have three dogs. Most landlords wont accept one dog, let alone three. How can we find someone willing to sell on contract? We have tried EVERYTHING and dont know where else to turn! PLEASE ADVISE!!
