What kind of phone should i get?

!?!
okay yall i got a problem!!! okay i have had 3 phones now and my last one broke like a couple months ago and i havent had money to get a new one and i think im goin crazy b/c i cant text anyone. Im on the US Cellular network and i need a nice, about $180 or less costin of a phone. So if you got any ideas of a great phone it would be greatly apreciatted.
