PAGE LOADING PROBLEM AT HELP.COM

I used to be able to be on a page here in this site and post a reply, wait and see replies come on in real time. Almost like chatting. But now, it states Please wait while loading and I have to exit the page and return to see the new replies.
is it the site or my computer. Any ideas?

Yeah you have to press refresh now, it’s been like that for ages.

Is the refresh the half blue circle in my tool bar? The reload? I use Google/Firefox.
I do not see any refresh button. I would like to learn more about how to refresh and make this better if possible. if not, I will have to just flip between pages to see new replies.
Thank you for your help
