OK, I’m having a hard time lately.

It might not seem like much to you, but it’s hard for me. Everyday I spend the majority of the morning feeling panicky, and lately, I have no idea why I feel panicky….I’ve been completely exhausted and haven’t been feeling like myself at all…..I don’t know what’s wrong with me! I can’t concentrate on my work and I just feel…..so hopeless. Like I’m never going to get through my panic attacks…..like I’m never going to get better. I feel so discouraged :(

and…..NO I’m not nervous about the wedding! I can’t wait to marry my fiance :D

dear..
even if you are not nervous about it you still care about it a lot :) you want to be perfect, which means you are a little stressed about it, that’s normal :D
don’t be discuraged.. really, we all have ups and downs… and ‘our gratest glory is not in never falling but rising up everytime we fall ‘
so , you just have to calm down.. when you feel like that take a deep breath, if it’s not working then take more.. and drink some water.. try to make yourself see that no matter if you are panicky or not.. things won’t change.. and you’ll see that there are a plenty of things which won’t mean anything or won’t be such a big deal.. we just amke them so huge
it’s all about selfcontrol.. and you ca do it, i’m sure of that
don’t worry nothing bad is going to happen.. and nothing is more important then you and your happiness ;)

u have bad karma, how about helping others instead of gettin others to help you. this is not a personal attack, this is just an idea.

You just need to build up some confidnece and self-esteem. You admitted to yourself what the issue is, so now help yourself fix it!

Do a chore that needs doing, read a new book.. something that takes time but you achieve something simple at the end. and goooood luck.

This is what I do so I don’t get my thong (man thoung, of course), in a knot. Just before I get up like maybe 2 to 5 minutes I try to plan my day in my head. Always try to have a plan as to what you’re going to do or even a little schedule. Once you take care of the things that you must take care of, then do the things you have to do but not necessarily must do, and then once that’s accomplished, do the things you like to do. If you can mix them, great. In other words, you might be able to do things you like to do while you do the things that you must and have to do.

Try that.

Have you thought about positive affirmations?

hi, no idea on how to deal with that but if you are on meds the whole time then maybe you would have to get yourself another visit to the docs and get something else that’d work.

The wedding could be the underlying reason for it you know. Excitement and all.

Hey. I wouldn’t know how to help. All I know is that God helped me get over my panic attacks. Maybe you should ask Him to give you His peace. He does love you after all and wouldn’t want you walking around all anxious and stuff. The Bible says: “Cast your cares upon Him because He cares for you.” It also says: “Be anxious about nothing but in everything, with thanksgiving, make your request known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and minds through Christ Jesus.” Hope this helps. :)

Maybe do some exercise every morning to avoid the panic attacks. Positive thoughts equal a positive mind :-D

i went through a stage where i was having really bad panic attacks, it was during a stressful period of my life. i found that thinking about them made them 10 times worse. i started making myself think rationally about them, and they got less and less intense. i gradually weaned myself off the medication and now dont need anything… and you know what nothing had changed in my life at all!
besides, you have such a lot to be positive about : )

I could guess your situation from your words which you have replied me.Listen carefully actually its very hard to understand the situation if we are not in same situation or faced similar situation. But then also my advice is that its just because of your state of mind.Have control on yourself. If possible do some yoga exercises and listen to good music.Try to become social.Try this out it may solve your problem.

what u said there is very telling… ‘im not doing great but im not doing horrible either’ both rather negative and negativity is no good! tell urself ‘im doing ok’ no pressure on urself there. through my bad times i always thought to myself im getting better and better each and every day… and i did :)
