I CANT STOP EATING CHOCOLATE!

HELP!

Im literally eating more chocolate than normal food everyday. Definately more than the RDA…or enough for two people really.

Sometimes i dont even want it…its like a habit or an addiction.

I have just eaten 4 bars one after the other and i feel so awful.
I want to become bulemic or something because i feel so bad and guilty.

im not even 5ft and im 9 and a half stone

this needs to stop!

It’s a habit. You have to break the habit.

If you buy it, throw it away. Consider the cost a lesson.

If you start eating it, spit it out and throw the rest away.

You’re eating it to fill some kind of hole. Find another way to fill that hole. Like exercise. Every time you feel down, exercise. Go for a walk. Smile at people. Develop a new habit. I’ve done it. It works.

For me it is cheese, am 5′10″ and 10st, but the best method I found to resist the habit was to go to the gym, scary I know. Use one of the machines and see how hard we have to work to burn calories. Not only did it make me think twice and consider whether that late night nibble is worth a 5k run, it made me appreciate how effecient we are at converting food to energy, especially compared to internal combustion engines.

I recently learned that chocolate has something in it (manganese) that the body craves. If it is the fat and sugar that you want to cut down on, but still feed your body to satisfaction, try 70% cocoa bars. They are more bitter than traditional candy bars, but they are actually pretty satisfying. Once you get used to them, you can try the 85% ones. Those are a little too bitter for me but not nearly as bad a baker’s chocolate! Ha, ha!

(I learned about this from my chiropractic doctor and he is the one that suggested it. He was right!)
