Does anyone know where I could make a unique logo or title/text online?

In graffiti or whatever?? Its for a magazine cover and anything funky or individual or any suggestions at all would be great! -
(I already used graffiticreator.net and its not what Im looking for)

You could go on a site like Deviantart.com and look for someone that will do commission work or requests. Commission means they charge a fee to do what you want.

Have you tried Gmail? They are free and have options for making a webpage and publishing it online, also free. Hope this helps.
