I Got To The Avatar Tab Pick My Picture And Click Upload But It Doesnt Work And Im Left With The M Can Anyone Help Me Please.

You cant, the button is broken. Has been broken for ages now (really annnoying). Hopefully will get fixed soon, all we can do is wait and comaplain…
