i dont know why. i know why i started crying but i dont know why i cant stop.

i went round my dads house, coz he doesnt live with me, i went round there to spend time with him, but all he did was make me wak up at 4am when i only went to sleep at 3:30. then when we got home he got angry at the computer and took it out on me, he yelled and spat in my face. im very emotional and when i feel threatened i almost have a panic attack. and i was shaking and crying and i asked my mum to come get me, which she didnt so i had to get the bus, still crying, i dont know how im even related to that racist sexist homophobic a$$
