anyone else like this

i always feel like everyone is watching me and making fun of me and im ashamed of my body, so ashamed i feel embarrassed to workout
is there a name or medication for this

I used to know exactly how that felt, yes.

You shouldn’t stop being comfortable with who you are at “a point”. You accept all of you until you can say “I am what I am”. If you want to work out then work out. Not everyone is staring at you - people spend the majority of their time thinking about themselves, not judging you.

But honestly hun, you have to move past it. It’s only holding you back.

Ha ha I don’t know where that is. In the states somewhere I’m guessing.

It sounds like the perfect place to figure yourself out and test your limits so that when your old enough to move you’ll be ready, willing and able.

its kentucky and it sucks, we’re not dumb and i dont talk like everyone else so i feel weird but i will move after i pay off my 30000 dollar truck

You shouldn’t let debts stand in your way of going places. They will always be there. Even when the $30 000 truck is paid off there’s another $30000 something else to have to pay off. Keep that in mind.
