okay, well..we have our own individual spirit guide(s). A sprit guide is another soul you trust completely and have chosen to help you through your life here on Earth.

Before you come to Earth, you plan out your entire life - what will happen, who you’ll meet, everything. You even give youself several different “exit” points (different times when you can die) if your life here is too hard. Now, we all come here to learn something. For instance, my stepdad is here to learn how to balance his passion for work and his family. You get what I mean?

Angels are always “good.” However, there can be other spirts/souls that will remain with you from previous lifetimes that you’ve had that aren’t so “good.” For example: my mom’s husband who murdered her from a previous life has come with her over here and she’s, luckily, just been able to get rid of him.

Of course! Okay, so everyone’s guide has a name…but obviously we don’t know it. So, you can give it a name! For instance, I call mine Lilian. However, they can’t read your mind, so you have to speak aloud, even if it’s a soft whisper, but make sure it’s audible! So, tonight when you’re laying in bed, or taking a shower just say aloud “Hi ______, I need some help….” You must, MUST, be specific of what it is that you need help with. Like I said, they don’t read mindsssss..

do you have to be a spiritual or religious person to believe in them?

not reallyyyyyy….nope. I mean, I’m really not all thar religious :)
