pls help all ppl with technical background or who know microsoft office/outlook very well

okay

i had office 2003 pre installed in my system.

i had a total 35GB of data in my outlook 2003 and outlook express.

i had to get the system fotmat and after that the person who format the system intalled microsoft office 2007 in it and uninstalled Microsoft office 2003.

I was not able to import the outlook pst files in outlook 2007. And i installed office 2003 in my system.

then outlook 2003 didn’t get installed and i had to uninstall it and reinstall it and even after that my outlook didn’t work.

All my pst files are converted into Office Data Files….
Have i lost my data????
If yes then
I want to know what should i do to recover my data.

If data is not lost then what should i do Now???????? I need all my data back…..
