There are no programs that I know of that are 100% effective, or even 70% effective. I would suggest not taking the easy way out and learning the spanish yourself.

or just type the whole thing and go on google translate.. Not so good, but go over it with a dictionary and you should be fine.

go to babelfish.com, it doesn’t translate as you type, but you press ‘enter’ after you’ve typed what it wants, and it translates it. However, you may have to proofread it before you turn it in, just in case things aren’t correct
