she told him and he still has not said any thing yet and its been about a month and he has a new girlfriend ?should i move on?

Yes, you should move on. He has found someone else to be with and so should you. Next time you like someone, instead of going through someone else to let them know, approach them yourself. Results are instant and assertiveness goes a long way!

I agree with Thargor, there’s no worse turn off then hearing from someone that their friend likes you, just go up and say what’s in your heart and get turned down or not, doesn’t matter, at least you did something about your feelings!
