Please help mee…

Okay so its nuthing big really I just want to loose my stomach weight before august see, im going to Florida and i do a lot of swimming.. but im starting to get self concious so anyway know any good tricks to reduce my stomach?? Dont worry im not going anorexic or w.e I just want to look a little better.. Thanks

Maybe you should try pilates…it focus a lot on your core

my uncle lost 30kg in three months by eating only salad (except for weekends)
but i don’t think its the case here :)

uummm then make sure its a 5 colors salad, or whatever it is called.
and know that it is very difficult… you need to eat a lot of salad,
and you would need to eat fruits in between “meals” when you gets hungry again.

i would say run alot and eat smaller portions of healthier foods. eats lots of vegatables and salads and fruit and just increase ur excercise. but dont where urself out to much or you wnt have fun in florida! lol
