i am having difficulty taking full deep breaths…

i don’t know whats wrong, i recently stopped smoking (about 2 weeks being smoke free!) and i feel like my breathing is getting worse…do you think these 2 things are related or seperate?

related if u wake up in the middle of the night and cant breathe titll b a huge prob id go get myself checkd asap. take my advise seriously ive been suffering from astma all my life

Yuur lungs are probably clearing out. It could be in your head - like making excuses for starting back smoking. If you seriously cn’t breath, go to a doctor and get it checked out.

I agree, go to a doctor and have this breathing problem checked out. The mind is not user friendly when it comes to giving up smoking. It will cause a bunch of physical reactions saying that something is wrong in an effort to cause you to resume smoking once again. That’s why it is so hard to break habits of anything because of the mind and bodies reaction and redrawal symptoms.
