Does anyone know how to lose weight without starving yourself,and not too slowly,either!

I’m eating more healthy,excercising more, but the weight isn’t coming off very quickly…

at least once a day.every other day lifting weights.i try to walk every day,too.oatmeal and whole grained cereal,ham sandwhiches on homemade wheat bread,ect.though I do not eat so healthy on occasion.

if you want to lose weight, first realize that it will NOT be overnight. If you’re consistent with your current workout plan ( 5 times a week), you should see notable difference in about 2-3 months. Now on to the strategy.

If you’re working for losing off the fat, then I would recommend you do 30-40 minutes of cardio activity everyday. Forget the weights for the first month or two. Concentrate on jogging/bicycling/running, etc. All of these are great ways to lose fat. If you want to, afterward, do some weights or whatever you please, but cardio is key. Also, try to go for long distance with the cardio.

As always, nutrition is also important. Stay away from fatty foods, drink plenty of water, and YES, you can eat, even eat plentiful, AS LONG as it is healthy food and not stuff-my-belly-full-of-pizza type meal.

Here’s a couple of tips to really help you increase your weight loss. Multiply your weight in pounds by 12. So if you weigh 200 pounds the answer is 2400. This is the amount of calories to eat per day. You’ll lose weight. Might be a bit of a pain but it’ll be worth it.

Secondly, make all your beverages calorie free. Drink water, tea, coffee etc. People are always amazed at how many calories they drink a day.
