It seems like he is blowing you off.. He knows it is probably a waste of time chatting because he is aware you will never really see each other… I was in a relationship with a beautiful women from Spain and after two years of computer chatting, she blew me off when she realized we would never meet

I think you’ve discovered the big thing with LDR’s, and that is that it is so very difficult to make work. I don’t think you can pin any expectations of any kind on him.

Also, how does asking someone out on MSN work? I mean isn’t the whole point of going out with someone to actually spend time with them and get to know them and enjoy each other’s company? I know obviously it’s impractical when you live so far away, but that’s the whole point isn’t it; that you live too far apart to be able to commit to such a thing.

Are you really? Because it really doesn’t sound like it’ll happen. I’m sorry, but things like this can mean such different things to different people.

You also must be aware that people lie on computer chats… He may say he is meeting you and really plans on staying in Africa….. Find a stud muffin in the US…..

Long distance relationships can work if u have actually met the person and know the person properly! You are in an internet relationship and internet relationships dont work. fact.!
