My cell keeps saying “use genuine battery.

Power Off” Is there any way to fix it? Or am i just going to have to buy a new cell?

This can mean water damage to your phone, or it oculd mean that your connection between the phone and the battery is dirty. Try blowing on the inside, and then use alcohol or nail polish removeron the gold pieces on the phone and on th battery.

Somebody called me and it shut down and said use gunuine battery how can i fix it

I found out that I couldn’t fix it and I had to get a new phone.
