Help me choose a good starter cruiser. - Help.com

Help me choose a good starter cruiser.

I am just now starting the research into purchasing a first motorcycle. It will definitely be a cruiser. Any help pointing me towards resources to investigate, or personal experiences is appreciated.

I am 6′ and 190 lbs. I work out a lot, so the weight is distributed across my body instead of sitting in my belly (if such a thing affects the center of gravity). Um, hmm. Not sure what other info to put here. I will be looking to purchase the bike in a few months. I am going to take lessons this summer. Oh, and I will be cruising along highways with great frequency, so power is an issue.

Thanks for your time and opinions.
