Well it could be anyone of hundreds of different things. It would be hard for me to suggest something unless I know your life style. If you have time to eat alot then out eat someone. If you have time for physical exercise than to try to outwalk someone, etc. The choice is yours.

Eating Applesauce. Plain and simple. It never fills you up, and it tastes really good. Plus, you can drink it, so your gag reflex won’t get in the way.

Although, getting rid of that reflex is another goal you can work towards.
