Animals help: I am taking my dog to the vet today because I think she has an ear infection. - Help.com

I am taking my dog to the vet today because I think she has an ear infection.

Can anyone tell me about how much the medication might cost if she does? The office visit is free as a first time customer. Also, which medications are the best for her?

When my pup had an ear infection, I am unable to remember what they gave to her but it was two bottles. One ofthe two is a clear liquid to clean out the ear. The second is a white liquid that is the actual medicine. Each vet’s office is different in price. it shouldn’t be too much for cost.

I am not too sure what the vet will give you pup but they will know better than I would what to give.

That is all I know for now. good luck

i think you can just take the prescription if you want and buy the medicine on line if its cheaper

You have to be careful on the severity of the ear infecteion as well.

one of my dogs had an ear infection and had to have surgery. See the vet and see what they say
