What’s been amazing to me is the show “Survivor” on TV. Look how in 30 days or so most everyone on the show looses a ton of weight (even the thin people who get SCARY thin).
Find help from your doctor. I don’t know how old you are but I am assuming you are an adult (kids nutrition is something you really need to talk to the doctor about). If you are an adult, remember we don’t need foor for GROWTH as much as we need it to MAINTAIN our systems.
Think of those Indian holy men who get by with very little and are still very healthy. I’m not saying to go to that extreme but …
Throw out all of the salty, sweet junk food. Go vegan (and mind you I’m not a vegan) for as long as you can until you drop the weight. One: it’s harder to find food so you don’t have as much to put into your system. Two: the food/meals are intended to get you nutrients not for you to use for comfort etc… (although they can be comforting). When you get hungry, chew gum or eat an apple. The apple will fill you up without breaking the “fat” bank. And by the way, fats are not the culprit (in my opinion). Good oils and fats are essential to health, you are better off cutting out all of the processed garbage.
Can you do it? My friend was almost 90 pounds over weight, went vegan for about four months, re-established a healthy metabolism and now eats whatever he wants within reason. You can do it too, you are a survivor!*
*I know that is corny but don’t stress, just make some changes. It’s not going to be a big deal.
