sims help: I have just installed Sims3, but when I try open it; it says this: - Help.com

I have just installed Sims3, but when I try open it; it says this:

“Sims3Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

And it has the: “Send Error Report” and “Don’t Send”

How can I get rid of that so I can go on my game :S?

I’ve tried sending the error report and not sending it, but nothing happens!
