Vista help: Cannot Change Folder Icons - Help.com

Cannot Change Folder Icons

I am running Windows Vista SP1.
I have tried changing some folder icons but have been having trouble:
I open up my user folder and chose “properties” on my videos folder. I click “customize” but there is no option to change the folder icon. This is happening for my “documents”, “music”, “videos” and “pictures” folders but my “homework” and “downloads” folders are changing thier icons as normal. What do I do?

It has been sorted. Turns out that running an ObjectDock Stack docklet stops you from changing icons on some files/folders.
