Having troubles with shipping costs on e-bay…

I want to ship worldwide, not from USA, using the local service here.
and to tell the buyers to contact me for the shipping cost in their specific location.

however, whenever i choose under “international shipping” >> “calculated: cost varies by buyer location”
then under “worldwide” - in the services list, the option “Other Int’l Shipping (see description)”
does not appear.
it appears only on “flat” cost. but how can it be flat if it varies!
this is driving me crazy… what should i do?

This is not E-bay you need to talk to them and find out what you need to do. Hope this helps :-)
