My Dad had a minor heart attack.

Im scared.

They are overseas. He is in hospital. I hope he gets better

If he’s in the hospital, he’ll be fine. Heart attacks happen all the time, and doctors know a lot about them. They’ll tell him what to do to keep healthy from now on.

Thanks, and yeah he will be in there for a few days. It is hard being so far away from him. I dont know much about heart attacks. I scared me that my Dad who has always been strong is not well.

dont be scared
its important to adopt a healthy lifestyle after you’ve had a heartattack
stop smoking, eat healthy, physical activity..
it would be good if you could support him there

As someone who suffered heart attacks (15) your dad should be fine, he will have to watch what hes doing from now on because like myself he didnt have a days illness before it.

My dad also just had a heart attack and he is overseas… he called us and seemed fine but i am worried because he has to fly back home.
