i weigh 202pounds and i hate being overweight.

dose anyone out there know good ways for me to lose weight? (would like to lose 30+ pounds). i need to know some good exercises and diets that will help the process.

get a personal trainer at at gym. just workout. my brother used to be like that. but at home he would just eat healthy food and workout.

I’m a certified personal trainer bro here are some simple tips,

1. Watch carb intake after 6 o clock

2. Quit eating fast food or if you do go with grilled chicken and diet coke and don’t eat the frize or if your at wendy’s get a side salad instead.

3. Walk!

5. Watch the cheese! and pay attention to your carb intake i.e. don’t eat a big spaghetti meal at night try and get your carbs from white rice, wheat rice, oat meal, and plain baked potato.
