Legal issues…

My boyfriend and I are in trouble for vandalism, stupid I know, not looking for any opinions on that…here’s the deal…we currently are not allowed to have any contact at all….
I just found out that I am pregnant….
can the judge really refuse to allow him the right to see his child??

I would have thought that him seeing his child is not the same as him seeing you. Will you still not be able to contact each other in 9 months time? Alot of parents see their children via something called contact, a supervised safe space for fathers to see their children without the mother there. For him to see the child you don’t have to be there is my point.
