If she took a test only 2 days after sleeping with him and he is being thruthful that it was the only time he slept with her then there is no chance that the pregnancy she has now is his.
The reason for this is that a pregnancy test works on HG levels in the urine, a pregnancy test can not work that soon after conception, it is about 3-4 weeks after conception before a test will pick up the right hormones in the urine to show a result so for her to get a positive result now means that she is at least 3 weeks pregnant maybe more

I meant the time of the test she would have been about 3 weeks, not that she is about 3 weeks now.

thankyou soo much for your advice !! , she stated straite after that she was pregnant like within days, with me been pregnant i just wanted to see how it panned out, shes a complete bully bull shiter anyway but still have to ask lol

well your fella is safe on that side of things as I doubt even a blood test can confirm a pregnancy that soon after conception, for a start the fertalized egg would still be traveling down the fallopian (sp) tube and not yet settled in the lining of the womb so for her to say a test is positive means she was pregnant before she slept with him.

Your welcome, maybe a lesson for your fella.
If she carries on saying it and tried to claim for the baby after it is born then she will need proof either he says it is his and sign the birth certificate. (Note~ she can not put his name on it without his permission) and also a paternity test will prove it is not his, just a simple swab on the inside of the cheek from him and the baby and send it off, results depending where you go will take about a month.
Even still, she is talking ****, no test on this planet can show up that early, the earliest mine ever showed up were just under 4 weeks pregnant and the doctor told me that it take at leas 3 weeks for the hormone levels to be at a detectable level.

Also, IF she is pregnant another tell tail sign is her due date for the baby.
