Dear Sir,
My name is Mingkwan Aphaisarn. My nationality is Thai. I have had difficult situation therefore I need your help. I would link to describe about my oppressive situation. Now I am unemployed because almost every place that I stay, pass or work has strange sound/noise. Sometime load sound, sometime like a whisper. It is like speaking sound which is disturbance sound by amplifier microphone. It becomes sound pollution and disturbs the way of life of people especially sleeping.
The detail o the sound relates my life. It talks about my character, my life, my dress, my shoe, my food,……….. every thing that is in thinking of many persons. It is like intercepting and then criticize/defame. It chooses specifically bad thought for speaking. I think speaker’s objective is making defame story for me and it collects useful thought for itself. Sometime the sound talks about true story but sometime lay story. It makes me spoils one’s reputation. I try to apply for many jobs in many companies. After I send my resume, they will hear the noise.
It makes noise all day all night except sometime when I am sleeping. Also I hear the noise almost every time. I fell serious and nervous because I have faced this situation about 4-5 years. I try to ask another for find the cause or source of the sound. I ask my council, my friends and stranger but I can not find them. They avoid to taking about it but they hear. They make me scare.
I never to have confliction, which is severe enough to be the cause of this bad action. I doubt bad story due to adulterous story and relate to might. I can not find evidence for support my doubt. I use to inform the police but I do not receive satisfactory respond. I face shamefulness, unemployed, injustice, defamed and tortured from the noise. It makes me sick. It tries to activate injury and serious or nervous symptom. I am pleased if you want to prove this story.
I want to have human right which is equal to another. I need your help very much. I hope you can find the way to stop bad story and we will come back to normal and happy life in the future. Thank you for your kindness.
