Question is.. how much is that friendship worth to you. If you are only friends with her because you really want to be with her, then tell her, nicely.

If you want the friendship to last but you like her a lot, then you have a dilemma. Either you go on not telling her and have that friendship. Or you can tell her and have it change that friendship forever.

So is the pain of not telling her more than the pain of losing a good friend? This is the question you should ask yourself. If the answer is yes then take the chance. Tell her and hope that she feels the same way.
