Period help: i’m 17 and i never got my period. - Help.com

i’m 17 and i never got my period.

It’s because I’m athletic and a little underweight. The doctor put me on birth control to get it started, and now i get a thick, black period once a month (kind of like tar almost). Anyone know what’s happening??

well we all change at different times, try stopping ur traing for a bit and it may come, or eat more so u put on weight
