is there such thing as “caring too much”?

Girl.

She has problems that she doesn’t want anybody else to know about.

It’s not because of the problem itself, but more due to past experiences she had which closed her up emotionally to the world.

I want to help her because I care about her.

I don’t think she’s quite ready to accept my “help” yet though.

But I still try anyway. Is this considered “caring too much” and am I just getting in her way?

I’m hoping that my message will get through eventually and she’ll open up more. But am I just giving unwanted help?

keep being her friend. use little ways to show you care but don’t push too much. hopefully she’ll start to trust you and open up to you more.
