computer help: iTunes Toolbar Not Working - Help.com

iTunes Toolbar Not Working

I am running Vista SP1.
I have the latest iTunes (iTunes 8.0 I think).
I have the Vista OSX ‘09 theme installed.

When I minimize iTunes, the toolbar player shows up but none of the buttons works, not even the restore button so I have to click the shortcut to restore iTunes. Does anyone know what is going wrong? Is it something to do with the theme?
