Weight Loss Problem, please help.

I need help losing weight. I am 18 and a female. I stand 5′9 and weight 314 lbs. i want to weigh around 150. can you please help me.

First thing is to start out walking. Find somewhere you are comfortable walking and just start out slow. Also start trying to cut out drink sodas and teas and drink plenty of H2O and gatorade and Powerade. I would recommend that you start out doing this for a while until you start seeing results. After to start see results, then start cutting out foods that you just dont have to have such as bread and high calorie sweets. Hopefully this little bit helps you and I wish you all the best in your efforts to lose you weight. May God keep you safe and focused.

there is very little help we can give you you need to see a doctor and nutritionist who can work out adiet and excercise plan for you. Remembe rrapid weight loss isnt the best way forward losing weight slowly, while tough is much better for your health in the long run so just keep at it and the weight will come down

i have been going to the gym. i now weigh 311. if anyone else wants to put their input go ahead.
