I have windows vista i have had it for a little over

a year,always problems.now whats happening is when i switch users or log off it goes to a black screen and the only way to get back on is turn it off then back on.when i do this it says you have encountered a problem and to start how do you want to start in a safe mode.

Windows Vista was a bi glitchy when it first came out…I know because a friend of mine had trouble with it. But have you called or emailed Microsoft about the problem?
