Just did some quick research, looks like the only DRM Prototype has in un-intrusive, that is, only requires the disk to be in the drive. And, of course, /assuming you have a legal copy/… Razor1911 has already released a NoCD fix for the game, so even that’s bypassable. And, of course, if you buy it from Steam, you can install it on as many computers as you want, just need to log in.
