I’m still waiting to get information on how to replace the battery for this can opener, why is this being so difficult to answer?

I did not get any information from
your “Help” page. Saw only the same
question that I have; with no known
answer.

I just replaced my One Touch Can Opener, because I couldn’t get an answer on how
to replace the battery, so like a dummy I just purchased another one, and it doesn’t work either, I’m taking it back tomorrow and will never buy any products from this company AGAIN - NEVER!! I WILL SHARE MY THOUGHTS!

I did replace the batteries in my One Touch can opener about a year ago, but they need to be replaced again, and three people have tried unsuccessfully to remove the back plate. It sure looks easy on your video!! I’d appreciate any suggestions.
