Why things go wrong?

They say world is beautiful, there are so many good things around us and most of they built by human. Among all species human is the greatest. Only human has made world look beautiful. But when I see childrens on street and people fight for food and other stuffs. When I see trees are killed to built the houses. I really feel this is what do they meant to say.

The world is corrupt. Beauty exists in some forms within the world but the world itself has no beauty, so those who those who say it does are either:

a) Idiots/ignorant/blind.

b) Causing and enjoying the evil.

or

b) Trying to sell you something.
