I’m sorry that I dont know how exchange programs work but I dont think ive heard of them being done for one state to another.

yea, i dont think that is possible. there are ways you can apply for grants to go to schools somewhere else, but thats more higher up, and you have to be a certain age, and have the permission to do so.

You basically just have to move. I move back a few years ago after I finished middle school and I started high school several months late but I was able to get excused from all the work i missed.
