i even just asked my mom and shes said ” i don’t no i guess some strangers become friends and some just become more stranger”
i i said to her “that really doesn’t help” because u would still have to meet the stranger even if u r going to be friends with that one
so ya still don’t no sorry

hey volley, i feel no one has answer to this question. This is true because some people cannot be trusted and we cant make out that by looking at someone.

Sometimes it varies between society. here in the US talking or interacting with strangers is often looked down upon because of various things such as kidnappers, muggers, etc etc. That and what the media has instilled in our minds.

Where I was raised (a small rural town in the Philippines) A person would be sitting on a bench and they would be just as nice to you as a friend.

SO I think it all comes up to what society brings you up to believe…
