Are you using any anti-virus program? If not I would recommend to you to use NOD32 AntiVirus, install it in your computer and try to run a full-scan or try to download the program name Trojan Remover and run a full scan to remove all variant of trojan horse virus. I hope it will help!

trojans are not too serious,

just do not type or send any importiant info…

until you get a virus scanner that is…

go to windows defender.

quarrentine the files, I.E scan the computer with that, then click quarrentine.

this way you dont accidentially delete importiant files, but the files dont have access to do anything.

well this might sound stupid.

but turn your computer off… dont shut down just press the button

then reboot it.

this time though it should give you the option of starting up in safe mode.

do this.

then use windows defender.

http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes…

Download this program, update it, and run a smart scan. But I think I know the results it’s going to give you anyway. And trust me, the results are bad. That’s the virus that made me reformat. And I never reformat.

i had this ****** trojans infections a few months ago, exactly the same ones.
some things you need to do to be certain:

first, go to your internet options, and rise the security to high.

dropper is a trojan that lowers your security and opens holes in it for other viruses to go threw. so that should do the trick after AVG would clean them.

if that doesn’t help immediately,
look for the folder where the viruses are (whenever your avg pops up you can see where they are)
they should be coming from two different folders.
both which you need to look after and you will notice the files keep getting back over and over again even if you delete them.

on one of the folders these files has a relation to a website.
write this website down or if you are able to copy it somewhere…. would be good…
and then add it to your restricted sites list on your internet options.

i fought this crap for over a week till i figured how to remove it.

i also also installed C Cleaner and did a clean up at that time.
it didn’t help, but it made the machine go faster. and it might have helped eventually, i can’t tell, use it anyhow, just in case.

I had a significantly worse virus with these same trojans… Regardless of which, I somehow expect the person to be coming back fairly soon…
