Don’t you hate it when…

you try to express an idea but the other person just won’t/can’t understand it, no matter how much you simplify the statement?

Sorry random rant, I know. But there’s this one particular person I’m talking to at the moment who, for the love of me, cannot understand that my question is a simple Yes or No question.

YES!!!!!!! i absolutely hate that when that happens. it happens to me all the time.

and then sometimes when you argue with the other persons answer, the person is like ‘no you just dont understand what i mean.’ and its like ‘I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN its YOU who is not understanding ME!!!!!’

I know its so annoying! and sometimes you have to simplify it so much that by the time they understand the question doesnt even have the same meaning anymore

I live with this every day! Try being on the other spectrum!!!!!! Im completely dyslexic and my brain doesnt function normally so before you go getting all bent out of shape for being annoyed that what your saying isnt making its way correctly into someone eles’s brain…. Maybe you should think about the fact that NO ONE thinks the same nor has the same brain so some people just WONT understand what your saying…. get over it… were all differet

My marriage in a nutshell. Advice: peacefully get the hell away from them. People never learn to communicate with those they communicate poorly with. Life is too short to try and spell things out.
