i’m so angry at my parents all the time.

i have no idea why, but i just completely hate being around them. Every time they talk to me i get annoyed and agitated. I hate them for no reason and that makes me angry at myself in return. Why am i so mad at them?

Hormones don’t help. It’s natural for teenagers to rebel. That’s biological. You’re supposed to get out of the house, get your own territory, and your own mate and your own life.

But frustration comes from expectations not meeting reality. Best to exercise vigorously and try to appreciate what they do for you. Their attitude will change dramatically if you show an interest in their lives vs just your own. You’ll be able to appreciate what they do and exercise your own independence.

Because they support you, let you live in their house, try to give you everything you want, they let live there rent free, make you go to school so you can have a better future?
